Request account deletion
Google Play and privacy laws require a clear way to request deletion. Submit the form below (or use Settings → Support in the app). We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account login (username / password hash / linked Google sign-in)
- Cloud save / progress synced to your account
- Scores, challenge history, and support tickets tied to your account
- Push notification tokens for your devices
What we may keep briefly
- Limited purchase or fraud-prevention records required by law or payment providers (kept only as long as necessary, then removed or anonymised)
- Aggregated / anonymised analytics that cannot identify you
Submit a deletion request
Enter the username on the account you want deleted, plus an email we can use to confirm the request.
Already signed in?
Open the game → Settings → Request account deletion, or send a Support message with the subject “Account deletion request”.
